Brief Biography: 

Greg Waddell was a member of Team Expansion's first missionary team from 1982 to 1989 working in Montevideo, Uruguay.

In 1990, Greg, his wife Dawn, and their three children Adina, Leah, and Aaron set out to work in Buenos Aires, Argentina where they served for 14 years. While there, he was influential in starting three churches in Argentina as well as a gymnasium used to connect with the local community.

In 2004, Greg and his family returned to the states and started working with Mid-South Christian College as their Director of Institutional Improvement. He oversaw their process of acquiring Applicant status for accreditation in 2006 and candidate status in 2010 with the Association for Biblical Higher Education Commission on Accreditation.

Greg has taught a variety of courses including Missiology, Eschatology, Leadership, Organizational Behavior, Management Principles, and Critical Thinking. He has a particular interest in discovering the intersections between biblical studies and organizational research. In addition to teaching, Dr. Waddell also enjoys preaching whenever the opportunity presents itself. 

Dr. Waddell and his wife reside in Southaven, MS from where he directs the Online Education Program of MACU. 

Greg also loves photography, writing, and technology. He shares a blog about Leadership with three friends which you can find at and for which he has written over 120 articles to date.
